LEGO Teams Up with NETFLIX's "One Piece" Live-Action Series! Embark on the Grand Line, I Want to Be the LEGO Pirate King

Many toy enthusiasts must have seen the shocking news released last night (23rd) by the Danish LEGO Group, Netflix, and the official Japanese One Piece team: LEGO will be launching brand new products based on the NETFLIX "One Piece" live-action series! Although it's just a very preliminary teaser, it's truly exciting and highly anticipated.

From the teaser, we can see a LEGO-style straw hat piece and Luffy's extended hand playfully taking the straw hat, followed by the NETFLIX "One Piece" live-action series LOGO. Even though collaborating with major popular franchises to release themed sets has been a long-standing business model for LEGO, and in recent years they have actively partnered with Nintendo to create new "LEGO Super Mario" and "LEGO Animal Crossing" series, the news that LEGO will be releasing products based on Eiichiro Oda's globally popular "One Piece" is definitely a jaw-dropping announcement! The editor personally really hopes to see the Going Merry! After all, a LEGO pirate ship would undoubtedly be incredibly appealing.
