Japanese company KONAMI, in collaboration with renowned poster design and toy company MONDO, has unveiled a new Yu-Gi-Oh! themed product – the "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" soft vinyl figure. Priced at US$155, pre-orders will open on the MONDO Shop official website at noon CT on February 21, 2025, for a limited period of 7 days!
Kaiba's exclusive beloved card, the "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon," is a Light-attribute Dragon-Type Fusion Monster summoned by fusing three Blue-Eyes White Dragons with a Spell Card. It boasts 4500 ATK / 3800 DEF. After fusion, its design becomes even sharper, and black markings appear on the foreheads of its three dragon heads.
In this collaboration between MONDO and KONAMI, the currently revealed prototype showcases MONDO's exquisite design expertise in crafting the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon as a soft vinyl figure. The figure faithfully recreates the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon's powerful body sculpt with unique soft vinyl proportions. Its sharp fangs, claws, and wings are all intricately rendered, and it features a metallic paint application with a silver-blue gradient. The metallic sheen radiates a high-quality, powerful texture under light, and its approximately 11.5-inch size will undoubtedly be a formidable and unmissable presence in any collection!
