Following 'Momo Ayase Vol.1' and 'Aira Shiratori' in SEGA's 'Chokonose Premium' prize figure series, SEGA Prize, a division of Japanese game company SEGA, will release a new product based on the popular anime 'Dandadan' – the 'Seiko Ayase' sitting figure. It is scheduled to be released as a prize item on March 7, 2025!
Momo's grandmother, Seiko Ayase, also known as 'Dodoria Santa,' is a powerful psychic. From a young age, she taught Momo many ways to protect herself from yokai, but this indirectly caused Momo to distance herself from her grandmother. It wasn't until the High-Speed Grandma incident that Momo truly understood her grandmother's intentions. Seiko's appearance, which belies her actual age, and her strong yet reassuring personality have made her one of the most popular characters in the series!
This Chokonose Premium Seiko Ayase figure stands approximately 11 cm tall. It features her casual cross-legged sitting pose, based on her first appearance in episode 3 of the anime, wearing a hollow-out knit top paired with a baseball jacket. The sculpting faithfully recreates Grandma's unscientific voluptuous physique, the muscular definition of her fair legs, and the wrinkles in her clothing. The phrase 'Power of the Loch Ness Monster' written on her baseball bat is also reproduced via printing. Even in a sitting pose, her fierce gaze exudes a powerful aura!
