Chinese model manufacturer Chiyu and renowned illustrator "Huahuade Huayecai" (@huayecai820) have once again collaborated to launch a new product based on Huayecai's illustration works—the "Wind-Raising illustration by Huayecai" non-scale pre-painted finished product. The suggested retail price is 7,700 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in August 2025!
Huayecai, the official illustrator for the game "Identity V," created a transparent-style uniform girl in 2021, which immediately sparked widespread discussion upon its release. The visual effect of "nothing yet everything" ignited imagination, and the exquisite depiction of fabric wrinkles was astonishing. Subsequently, many powerful works using the same concept were drawn, cleverly evading platform censorship!
Following the release of "The Emperor's New Clothes" at the end of last year, which brought the transparent-style uniform girl to life as a figure, Chiyu has once again collaborated with Huayecai to redesign and repaint the "Wind-Raising" figure, originally released in 2023. The figure stands approximately 12 cm tall, with delicate fabric wrinkle details from the illustration faithfully sculpted. The shirt tucked into the skirt and the black stockings clinging to the ground are connected and supported by the skirt, recreating the body-less form seen in the illustration. Dynamic elements such as the open shirt and the flowing, lifted skirt are exquisitely reproduced, showcasing subtle details like the collar around the neck! The books scattered from the bag on the ground are also sculpted. This time, a cobblestone-patterned base has been added, making the visual presentation even richer!
