Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's prize brand BANPRESTO is scheduled to release the striking product "Godzilla Room Light" (ゴジラルームライト) from "Godzilla Minus One" in June 2025!
The setting of "Godzilla Minus One" is post-World War II Japan, a nation in ruins and facing the arduous task of rebuilding from scratch. At this critical juncture, the colossal monster "Godzilla" suddenly appears, landing in Japan and causing immense destruction. The entire nation, already at zero, is about to plunge into a profound despair of -1.0. This film also marks the 30th installment in Toho's "Godzilla" series, commemorating its 70th anniversary.
Just the Godzilla head itself, standing at 15 cm tall and featuring realistic detailing and meticulous painting, is already incredibly captivating. But surprisingly, this product is also a room light! According to the official website's description, each touch changes the color, offering a total of seven different lighting modes. From the official images, the color rendition of this Godzilla head appears very rich, without a noticeable translucent quality. However, the illustrative images of the lighting effect are incredibly bright, and we eagerly anticipate the visual impact once the actual product is illuminated.
