American toy brand Super7, dedicated to releasing various pop culture-themed toys, will launch the first wave of blister card products for its 3.75-inch articulated figure brand, featuring the classic children's literature work "Where The Wild Things Are". The suggested retail price is US$20 per figure, and pre-orders are now open on Super7's official website!
"Where The Wild Things Are" is a children's literature work published in 1963 by American author Maurice Sendak. It tells the story of Max, a mischievous boy, who embarks on an adventure in the Land of Wild Things, a place filled with strange animals whose behavior is unpredictable. For over 60 years, it has accompanied children of different generations through wonderful childhoods! The story was adapted into animated short films twice, in 1973 and 1988, and in 2009, it was adapted into a live-action film of the same name, "Where the Wild Things Are"!
This first wave of "Where The Wild Things Are" themed ReAction articulated figure blister cards features four characters from the work—the protagonist Max, Carol, Bull, and Douglas. These figures bring Sendak's fantastical characters to life, capturing their simple yet intricate design details, and feature five points of basic articulation for posing in charming dynamic stances! The blister cards also feature illustrations of each character from the picture book, making them fantastic collectibles even without opening!
