The assembly model series "MODEROID" from Japan's MECHA SMILE brand has announced its latest product, "Eldora Soul," from the anime "Gun x Sword," slated for release in November 2025.
Iron Fist Judgment Eldora Soul is a machine enhanced from the half-destroyed Eldora V. Although the individual unit separation function has been removed, the machine's output has been boosted 1.5 times, reaching 1.5 million horsepower. More importantly, compared to its pre-modification state where it moved on treads, its legs now feature a newly installed G-ER fluid drive system, enabling bipedal locomotion. This allows it to perform more agile martial arts techniques such as the "Eldora Grand Fall Kick" and is equipped with the "Eldora Shield," which can deploy a shield and serve as a throwing weapon.
"MODEROID Eldora Soul" is a modification of the previously released Eldora V, utilizing some new parts and entirely new molding colors to recreate the chest, wings, and other parts that differ from Eldora V, as well as the original golden color of the armor after the paint has peeled off. Once assembled, the kit boasts an impressive height of approximately 20 cm, and by combining some pre-painted parts and stickers, it can closely resemble its appearance in the show.
Each joint features flexible articulation. The back wings can be reproduced in both stored and deployed states by swapping parts. Additionally, the backpack includes a battery exchange mechanism, allowing the two included battery parts to be loaded. Furthermore, the product will include Kalman 99's hoverbike "Thunder" as an extra part, which can also have battery parts installed.
For weaponry, the left arm's "Eldora Shield" is included and can recreate the "Eldora Shield Shot" attack in its deployed state by swapping parts. The "Eldora Spike," a weapon that did not appear in the anime, has also been three-dimensionalized under the supervision of the anime staff and can be attached to the right arm to recreate its firing state. Furthermore, special hand parts are included to recreate the Spanish version of the finishing move "Hell and Heaven," a homage to GaoGaiGar's special attack from "The King of Braves" in the "Super Robot Wars" game series.
