Following the grand debut of "10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire", the Danish LEGO toy company has also unveiled an amazing gift-with-purchase, set number 40761, "The Lord of the Rings: Sméagol & Déagol"! This set can be obtained for free by purchasing "10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire" at official LEGO Certified Stores in Taiwan.
"40761 The Lord of the Rings: Sméagol & Déagol" contains a total of 181 pieces. Once assembled, it depicts a scene that shows both above and below the waterline, specifically the opening scene from "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King". It stands 15 cm tall and includes trees above the water, a rotatable small boat, and below the water, a large fish and the One Ring hidden at the bottom of the lake. Not only can it recreate the moment Déagol is pulled away by the large fish, but Sméagol's cunning expression upon seeing the Ring is also a major highlight. You can even take out the Gollum (sold separately) LEGO minifigure to display with Sméagol – it's fantastic!
