As the 2025 Star Wars Celebration officially commenced today (18th) at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, Danish toy company LEGO also unveiled its latest Star Wars-themed product, set number 75434, the "K-2SO" brick-built droid model! It is scheduled for release on August 1, 2025, with a suggested retail price of US$89.99.

The droid character K-2SO, who first appeared in "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," was originally a KX-series Security Droid produced by the Galactic Empire; but after being reprogrammed by Rebel Alliance intelligence officer "Cassian Andor," K-2SO not only became Andor's excellent partner but also quite a sarcastic and talkative one. We believe it won't be long before we see him again in the second season of the Star Wars series "Andor"!

This set is composed of 845 pieces in total, utilizing a rich variety of flat, curved bricks, and Technic elements to construct K-2SO's highly imposing body and intricate mechanical details. Although a large number of black pieces are used, the overall rich display of various textures ensures the visual experience is far from boring. Coupled with the yellow rubber rings on the head, neck, and shoulders, and the Galactic Empire insignia, it looks more impressive the more you examine it! In addition to the K-2SO main body, you can also build a display base and get a mini K-2SO droid figure.
