Japanese Artisan Crafts Gender-Bent My Hero Academia Bakugo Katsuki Nendoroid-Style Figure – Instantly Transforms into a Confident, Military-Chic Powerhouse!

Japanese artisan Korokke Saizai, known for crafting incredible figures from modeling clay, has amassed a huge following on their YouTube channel. Their masterful use of clay, wire, and sculpting prowess has earned them fan adoration. We've previously featured their gender-bent Jujutsu Kaisen Toji Fushiguro and Pokémon Gardevoir in black stockings clay creations.

Recently, they unveiled a new project, following up on their previous gender-bent Kurogiri from My Hero Academia. This time, they've tackled a fan-favorite from the main cast: a gender-bent Bakugo Katsuki Nendoroid-style figure! Their exquisite craftsmanship and creative vision have once again left netizens absolutely stunned.

Starting with the basics, Korokke Saizai began by molding the head, using clay and wire to shape the figure. They noted that for Bakugo, there were official "gender-bent" references to draw from: Bakugo's mom and author Kohei Horikoshi's own gender-swapped sketches. The goal was to emphasize the physique while capturing Bakugo's signature arrogant swagger. And, naturally, a generous bust was a must-sculpt (?!).

Of course, Bakugo's original hero costume also had to be recreated, with slight modifications for the gender-bent version to further accentuate the figure's curves and form.

For the explosion effects on the hands, transparent resin was used for shaping. Once painted, this will give them a translucent quality, enhancing the explosive impact.

For the crucial face and hairstyle, the artist decided to go with Bakugo's mother's look, opting for a short haircut. Naturally, this had to be paired with Bakugo's iconic confident expression.

After adding the base, the prototype was complete.

The finished gender-bent Bakugo Katsuki Nendoroid-style figure transforms Bakugo's original hero costume vest into a crop top. With a bared midriff and emphasized lower body curves, the entire vibe shifts to a sexy yet military-chic aesthetic. While still retaining Bakugo's confident swagger, the figure exudes the aura of a powerful female warrior on the battlefield.
