The latest Gundam series, "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX," just wrapped up last week, stirring up tons of fan discussion with its plot twists, character designs, and mobile suits. But one particular standout was protagonist Machuu's adorable "Beanie Haro," which sparked extra buzz thanks to its on-screen antics and mysterious aura.
Now, this iconic "Beanie Haro" has been brought to life by Japanese YouTuber ZERO LAB, and his creation has gone absolutely viral on X (formerly Twitter). With its pristine white exterior, cozy beanie, and glowing red eyes, it's a perfect replica that looks like it jumped straight out of the screen – totally eye-catching!

This incredible piece was crafted by the legendary DIY YouTuber ZERO LAB. He's well-known for creating all sorts of props and weapons from anime and games, and he's even built custom electric guitars, proving his range is seriously impressive.
His motivation for tackling Haro? He's a huge fan of "GQuuuuuuX," and the scene in Episode 9 where "Haro gets vacuum-sealed" left such a strong impression on him that he decided to take on the challenge.

What started as a simple visual replica quickly escalated as ZERO LAB, ever the perfectionist, decided to go all out:
The main body was crafted from a spherical styrofoam cutout.

He even wired it up internally so its eyes glow!

And yes, it really wears a miniature beanie on its head.

He even recreated its iconic "vacuum-sealed state" from the anime!

The final product is both incredibly realistic and ridiculously cute, and ZERO LAB himself expressed great satisfaction with the outcome.

While this Haro is already highly complete, he hinted, "If I have time, I'd like to remake the outer shell using a 3D printer and even add sound functions." So, perhaps in the near future, we'll see a talking, moving "Beanie Haro"!
