Voice actor Yuki Kaji, best known for his iconic role as Eren Yeager in "Attack on Titan," has been a fan favorite for 22 years, boasting an impressive resume of work.
Today (July 9), McDonald's Japan dropped its latest commercial featuring Yuki Kaji and model/talent Shiori Iwanami. Titled "The Super-Sized Proposal," this Big Mac ad takes exaggeration to a whole new level, with McDonald's even adding a special note: "It's too big, isn't it...?" The internet is absolutely cracking up!

The "Super-Sized Proposal" ad comes in two versions: "The Moon is Beautiful Tonight" and "Will You Marry Me?" Both revolve around the Big Mac, but the real showstopper happens when Shiori Iwanami asks for a ring. Kaji instantly grabs a Big Mac, they both take a bite, and then — plot twist! — they instantly "titanize," using a swimming tube as a giant engagement ring. It's truly mind-boggling; McDonald's Japan ads really do go all out with their wild concepts.

Even Yuki Kaji himself retweeted the McDonald's ad on his X account, jokingly exclaiming: "My wish to become a real-life Titan has finally come true!" Kaji-san, what are you even doing?!
Netizens couldn't help but chime in with comments like: "Hey, what are you doing, Kaji-san?", "Eating a Big Mac can turn you into a Titan! I'm going to complain about false advertising lol," "The dialogue is so hilariously disjointed," and "This bizarre vibe surprisingly feels timeless." Everyone's laughing and giving the ad positive feedback, clearly leaving a strong impression.

Some even joked that his wife, Ayana Taketatsu, might have something to say about Kaji-san "running wild" again!

It's safe to say that McDonald's Japan's ad campaigns are getting wilder with each new release. They're not just digging up old internet memes and trending topics; they're also coming up with these absurdly funny and imaginative concepts. Their marketing team truly seems to be on another level!
