KONAMI, a Japanese company with various entertainment businesses, has unveiled the colored prototype of the popular Monsters LEGION prize figure series' upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! themed new product – "Red Dragon Archfiend" (レッド・デーモンズ・ドラゴン) – on its official X account. It is scheduled to be released as a prize figure in autumn 2025!
Red Dragon Archfiend is the ace monster of Jack Atlas, the second protagonist in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, and one of the Signer Dragons. It possesses the effect to destroy all other face-up Attack Position monsters on the field at the end of each turn, and is referred to by Atlas as "my soul"!
This Monsters LEGION Red Dragon Archfiend appears to be based on the card illustration and its attack dynamics from the anime, faithfully recreating its imposing image. The dark body and crimson scale coloring create a striking contrast, with its lean muscle lines, sharp horns on its head, and spread wings all meticulously reproduced! The effect of its absolute power and intimidation, unleashed from its hand, is crafted with translucent colored material, elevating the overall visual impact. The base also features the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's logo, allowing for a stable display of its powerful pose!
