French luxury sportswear brand LACOSTE is globally renowned for its iconic crocodile logo and over 90 years of history.
They've just announced a monstrous collaboration with the King of the Monsters, Godzilla, celebrating its 70th anniversary! The joint collection, dubbed "My Lacoste Art Program Vol.9," drops on September 19, 2025, at LACOSTE's Harajuku and Hibiya stores, the Shibuya PARCO pop-up, and their official online store.
The "My Lacoste Art Program" is LACOSTE's ongoing series where they team up with artists from various fields to create limited-edition pieces featuring unique takes on the crocodile logo. While Volumes 1 through 8 have seen collaborations with numerous Japanese artists, this ninth installment marks the first time they're partnering with the enduringly popular Godzilla, who's been stomping around for 70 years!
The theme for this collection is "Play together," bringing a playful and humorous vibe that places Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Mothra, and Mothra Larva alongside the LACOSTE croc in the same universe, creating some seriously fun visuals. A major highlight of this collab is the special "Croc with Godzilla's Dorsal Fins" design!
