Japanese brand PREMICO (プレミコ), renowned for blending high-quality timepieces and merchandise with popular anime, has consistently dropped stunning designs that capture fans' hearts (and wallets!).
Recently, PREMICO announced an exciting collaboration with "Ranma ½," which is celebrating its first new anime content in over 30 years and is set to launch its second season in October. The partnership brings us a commemorative "Edo Kiriko" glass collection inspired by the beloved series. Priced at 43,780 JPY and limited to just 300 sets, pre-orders are now open on the PREMICO official website.

This collection features two distinct glasses, drawing inspiration from Ranma (red) and Shampoo (purple). Each glass is intricately engraved with iconic elements from the series, such as the kettle, ramen bowl, and the legendary Jusenkyo (Cursed Springs), brought to life through sharp cutting and delicate sandblasting techniques.
Both glasses are handcrafted one by one by master artisans from a long-established workshop affiliated with the "Edo Kiriko Cooperative Association," making each piece a unique work of art.
▼ Ranma Edition
Inspired by Ranma's vibrant red attire, this glass features hot water pouring from a kettle, meticulously rendered through hand-cutting. You'll also spot Jusenkyo and Ranma's father, Genma, in his panda form. Dynamic cuts and star patterns depict splashing water and steam, alongside a silhouette of Ranma leaping through the springs.

▼ Shampoo Edition
Taking cues from Shampoo's signature purple hair, this glass incorporates the "Cat Cafe" ramen bowl motif. The traditional Edo Kiriko "Shippo" pattern elegantly represents her hair ornament, adding a touch of classic sophistication. Flowing cuts along the side evoke Shampoo's long, graceful hair. The design cleverly merges her chest armor pattern with the steam rising from the ramen, showcasing incredible detail and ingenuity. Look closely at the base, and you'll even find a subtle silhouette of Shampoo in her adorable cat form.

Each design is limited to 300 pieces, with a unique serial number engraved on the bottom of the glass.

The glasses come nestled in a special paulownia wood box adorned with character illustrations and include a guarantee card, making them a truly collectible item.
