If you're into Gunpla, you've probably dabbled in all sorts of customization – painting, cutting, weathering, you name it. It's all about making your model unique and truly embodying the spirit of "Gunpla is Freedom!"
Today, we're shining a spotlight on Gunpla wizard Ganbasu-san (@ganbasu3)! He took the official mascot of the Osaka World Expo, "Myaku-Myaku," and mashed it up with the "HG Police Zaku" from *Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX*. The result? A mind-bending "Myaku-Myaku Police Zaku" that's been racking up praise online!

This wild "Myaku-Myaku Police Zaku" actually snagged the Gold Award (First Place!) at the "Myaku-Myaku Color Scheme" model competition held during Japan's IBA Model Exhibition in July!

The build is a "two-in-one" concept, transforming the Police Zaku into a Myaku-Myaku hybrid. Ganbasu-san ingeniously used the Zaku's various spherical components to represent Myaku-Myaku's signature eyeballs all over the suit. And here's a cool detail: he mentioned that the feet were actually modified decorative parts bought from a 100-yen store to achieve that unique look!

Turns out, he also built a "Myaku-Myaku Gyan," and it looks just as spectacular!

So, what do you think of this kind of Gunpla mod? The "HG Police Zaku" has inspired tons of unique custom builds since its release, thanks to its distinctive design. Maybe it's time for you to give it a shot too!
