SEGA PRIZE, a prize figure brand under Japanese game company SEGA, will release its latest product, "Luminasta Baki Hanma," as part of the popular "Luminasta" series. Based on the "Baki the Grappler" series' "Baki-Dou" arc, it will be available as a prize item and is scheduled to debut in July 2026!
The spin-off work of the "Baki" series, "Baki-Dou," continues the story after "Baki Hanma"'s "Strongest Father-Son Fight on Earth" arc. Miyamoto Musashi, revered as Japan's strongest martial artist, is resurrected in the modern era using cutting-edge cloning technology. With the appearance of this legendary swordsman, bored fighters like Baki, Retsu Kaioh, and Yujiro Hanma are reignited with passion, embarking on a timeless mixed martial arts showdown!
The "Baki-Dou Luminasta Baki Hanma" figure stands approximately 18 cm tall. It meticulously recreates Baki's powerful muscles and the scars covering his entire body, with shadow painting applied to enhance the three-dimensional feel of his robust physique. Details like his competition shorts are also strongly expressed. Paired with his classic pose from the battle against Miyamoto Musashi, it feels like one can enjoy creating even richer and more interesting scenes! Miyamoto Musashi is also expected to appear later – which is highly anticipated.
