Toy manufacturer Sentinel today announced a brand new product series, 'METAL COMPACT', and previewed that the first product will be the protagonist mecha 'Gurren Lagann' from the anime Gurren Lagann. Detailed product information will be released on March 17, 2026.
Currently, the official details regarding the 'METAL COMPACT' series have not been fully disclosed, with only the facial design of 'Gurren Lagann' being revealed in advance. However, from the product name, it can be inferred that this is a model product containing alloy parts. Furthermore, due to rising raw material costs in recent years and the fact that Sentinel's 'RIOBOT' and other robot-themed products are almost exclusively in the mid-to-high price range, it is highly probable that 'METAL COMPACT' will be an alloy model in a lower price bracket.
