Japanese toy brand MEDICOM TOY's popular MAFEX action figure line is set to release a new "Avengers: Endgame" themed product: the "Iron Spider (ENDGAME Ver.) RENEWAL Ver." action figure. Priced at 11,000 JPY, it's slated for a September 2026 release!
The Iron Spider suit worn in "Avengers: Endgame" is the same advanced nanotech armor Tony Stark created for Peter Parker in "Avengers: Infinity War." Its four metallic spider-arms extend from the back, aiding in both offense and mobility. The "Instant Kill Mode" activated during the final battle against Thanos's army was particularly memorable!
The new "No.307 Iron Spider (ENDGAME Ver.) RENEWAL Ver." stands approximately 14.5 cm tall. While its sculpt closely mirrors the No.121 version released in 2020, accurately recreating the suit's intricate details and metallic finish, MAFEX RENEWAL editions typically address previous issues such as mold tolerances, joint durability, and paint application. Collectors can therefore anticipate improvements to the often-criticized spider-arm articulation. In addition to the spider-arms, accessories include three interchangeable head sculpts (one featuring the red-eyed Instant Kill Mode), multiple sets of interchangeable hands, various web effects, and Tony's Nano Gauntlet, allowing fans to recreate the iconic scene of Spider-Man traversing the battlefield with the gauntlet. Collectors who missed out previously should definitely seize this opportunity to pre-order!
