Hong Kong-based collectible giant Hot Toys has officially revealed its latest offering from the upcoming Marvel superhero film, "Avengers: Doomsday": the Magneto 1/6 scale collectible figure. It will be available in both a Standard Version and a Deluxe Version, with pricing and release dates to be announced soon!
"Avengers: Doomsday" marks the fifth installment in the Avengers film series, slated for an early theatrical release on December 16, 2026. Beyond the return of numerous familiar Avengers faces and Robert Downey Jr.'s announced comeback as Doctor Doom, a major highlight is the addition of several prominent actors from past "X-Men" films to the cast! The long-awaited Avengers × X-Men crossover, a dream for many comic fans, is finally becoming a reality in the live-action movie universe!
The Magneto 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure (Deluxe Version) stands approximately 30 cm tall. It is meticulously sculpted based on legendary actor Sir Ian McKellen, who has portrayed Magneto multiple times, faithfully recreating his brand-new appearance from the upcoming film. The head sculpt intricately captures Sir Ian's facial contours, accurately depicting the signs of age. The eyes feature articulation, allowing for adjustable gaze. It boasts wool-rooted hair, delicately replicating the light gray, slightly wavy strands peeking out from beneath his iconic helmet. The movie costume is reproduced with exquisite tailoring, and the cape includes an embedded wire for dynamic posing. The figure comes with three pairs of interchangeable hands and a dedicated display base for collectors to enjoy!
Pre-ordering through select retailers will also include a bonus metal ring.
