Bandai Spirits' Tamashii Nations, the collector's division behind the S.H.Figuarts action figure line, has officially unveiled a new addition to the popular "Naruto Shippuden" anime series: the "Minato Namikaze [Kurama Link Mode] -Flash Bond Cutting Through Darkness-" action figure! Priced at 11,000 JPY, this highly anticipated collectible is scheduled for release in February 2027.
During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Minato Namikaze was resurrected by Orochimaru via Edo Tensei. It was then revealed that when he sealed the Nine-Tails, he had sealed the "Yin" half of Kurama's chakra within himself. At the most critical juncture of the war, Minato activated his Kurama Link Mode, fighting alongside Naruto. The father and son connected through Kurama's chakra, successfully nullifying the Ten-Tails' devastating attack!
The new "Minato Namikaze [Kurama Link Mode] -Flash Bond Cutting Through Darkness-" figure stands approximately 15 cm tall. Its sculpt faithfully recreates the intricate clothing wrinkles and the dynamic burning flame effects of his Kurama Link Mode. Minato's iconic long coat is crafted with a flowing, outward-spreading motion, enhancing its visual impact while minimizing interference with leg articulation. The intricate paintwork meticulously reproduces the orange-yellow gradient visual effect of Kurama Link Mode, and the Edo Tensei facial cracks along with his black-and-red eye design are also exquisitely recreated with tampo printing.
Accessories for the figure include four left and three right interchangeable hands, three interchangeable face plates, a Flying Raijin Kunai, and a Great Ball Rasengan effect part, allowing for a wide range of dynamic poses. Furthermore, this figure can be displayed alongside the previously released "S.H.Figuarts NARUTO UZUMAKI -The Jinchuriki Entrusted with Hope-" and "S.H.Figuarts NARUTO UZUMAKI KURAMA LINK MODE -The Power of Hope Connecting Thoughts-" to recreate iconic father-son battle scenes!
