BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS, a division dedicated to collectible figures, has officially unveiled a new S.H.Figuarts release from the upcoming "Avengers: Doomsday" film: the Dr. Doom action figure! Priced at 11,000 JPY, this highly anticipated collectible is slated for a December 2026 release.
Set to hit theaters this December, "Avengers: Doomsday" picks up 14 months after the events of "Thunderbolts." The film promises an epic confrontation as the Avengers, Wakandans, Fantastic Four, New Avengers, and the returning X-Men unite to face the formidable threat of Dr. Doom! The official trailer recently dropped, and San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend revealed a slew of exciting new details, building incredible anticipation!
This S.H.Figuarts Dr. Doom stands approximately 16 cm tall. The figure meticulously sculpts the likeness of actor Robert Downey Jr. wearing the iconic Dr. Doom mask, while the armor parts feature a striking metallic paint finish. Intricate details like the patterns and wrinkles on his clothing are faithfully reproduced. Dr. Doom's signature green cape is crafted from real fabric, complete with hidden wires along the sides, allowing for dynamic, windswept posing to capture his powerful presence.
Accessories include two pairs of interchangeable hands and a set of interchangeable arm parts, perfect for recreating his commanding crossed-arm pose! Furthermore, collectors can pair him with the simultaneously revealed "Thor" and "Captain America" figures to recreate thrilling battle scenes from the movie's trailer!
