BANDAI SPIRITS' BANPRESTO prize figure brand, known for its "Relax Time" series that captures anime characters' most authentic and adorable private moments of relaxation, is releasing a new "Ranma II" figure from "Ranma ½." This prize figure is slated for release in December 2026!

"Ranma ½" is a manga series by Rumiko Takahashi, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" from 1987 to 1996. It was first adapted into a TV anime by STUDIO DEEN in 1989, and then received a second anime adaptation by MAPPA in 2024. The story follows the hilarious daily life of Ranma, a martial artist who, after falling into a cursed spring during training, transforms between male and female forms depending on water temperature.

Following the first version, which featured her classic martial arts uniform, this "Relax Time Ranma II" figure stands approximately 12 cm tall. It depicts female Ranma in a relaxed pose, dressed in casual summer attire. The sculpting meticulously recreates the muscle lines of her arms and legs, while the molded skin tone captures her fair complexion. The wrinkles on her tank top and shorts are also finely detailed. The paintwork faithfully reproduces her iconic peach-pink hair, and the Romanized "RANMA" logo is printed on the chest of her tank top. Accompanied by the adorable P-chan sitting beside her, the figure perfectly encapsulates a leisurely, relaxing summer afternoon vibe!
