Marvel's "Daredevil: Born Again" has been actively bringing back cast members from the Netflix-era street-level hero series. Prior to Season 2, both The Punisher and Jessica Jones were confirmed to appear, and Season 3 is now set to feature Luke Cage and Iron Fist's Danny Rand, nearly reuniting all members of The Defenders. However, many fans are still wondering: if even Danny is returning, what about the other Iron Fist, Colleen Wing?

Jessica Henwick, who portrays Colleen Wing, recently told Inverse that she is absolutely open to reprising her role, but only if the storyline makes sense. "I've said it many times over the years, I would love to come back," Henwick stated. "I know everyone is coming back for 'Daredevil: Born Again' Season 3, but I'm not. Marvel and I did discuss whether I should return for Season 3, but for me, Colleen Wing's story had such a beautiful ending. She became the Iron Fist, she had Misty Knight by her side, and they had formed the Daughters of the Dragon. Her story reached a perfect conclusion. Unless it's worth disrupting her current happiness, I'm not interested in bringing her back, because obviously, she can't have eternal happiness in a TV show. If she were to return, something bad would have to happen. Of course, I want to come back, but the premise is that the story has to be right."
Henwick revealed that the "Daredevil: Born Again" production team agreed with her perspective. "They said, 'Yeah, we don't want to bring you back just to have you in the background.' So, I hope to return soon, but I really don't know when."
