"I'm gonna put some dirt in your eye!"
Hong Kong-based collectible giant Hot Toys has officially announced an exclusive new release based on the film "Spider-Man 3" – the Peter Parker 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure. This limited edition piece will see a global release in select markets, capped at just 2,500 units worldwide!
In "Spider-Man 3," Peter Parker's life takes a dark turn after he's bonded with the alien Symbiote while asleep. This parasitic entity not only transforms his suit into the iconic black costume and significantly amplifies his superhuman abilities, but also magnifies his inner arrogance and desire for revenge. Peter's personality becomes increasingly volatile, arrogant, and aggressive, leading to his infamous street dance sequence – a moment that has since become a classic meme within the Spider-Man franchise!
This new Peter Parker 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure perfectly captures the classic "bad" Peter look, featuring a highly realistic head sculpt that meticulously recreates actor Tobey Maguire's facial features. Every detail, down to the subtle skin textures, is exquisitely rendered, faithfully reproducing his signature emo haircut from his corrupted phase. Adding to the realism, the figure boasts individually rolling eyeballs, allowing collectors to adjust Peter's gaze and expressions!
The figure's tailored suit jacket, shirt, trousers, and socks are all meticulously crafted from real fabric, ensuring a sharp and authentic presentation. The shirt even features a clever magnetic design, allowing it to be pulled open to reveal the black Spider-Man suit underneath! For dynamic posing, the set includes multiple interchangeable hands, perfect for recreating Peter's iconic dance moves thanks to the figure's full articulation. To further enhance the display, this release also comes with a special Symbiote effect piece that can be attached to Peter, depicting the alien lifeform's initial corruption. Rounding out the accessories are two web-shooting effect parts and a black and silver Spider-Man mask, all designed to complement the included display base for showcasing Peter's classic corrupted look!
