Hong Kong's globally renowned toy manufacturer, Hot Toys, has unveiled a new product based on the upcoming PS5 game, "Marvel's Wolverine" – the "Wolverine" 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure. It will be released in both a Regular and Deluxe version. This article focuses on the Regular Version, which has a suggested retail price of US$285 and is slated for release in March 2028.
This "Marvel's Wolverine" 1/6 scale collectible figure stands approximately 29 cm tall and is meticulously crafted based on his in-game appearance. Its arms feature seamless silicone skin, showcasing incredibly detailed and realistic muscle definition and bulging veins. An internal metal skeleton allows for a wide range of dynamic and powerful poses. The newly developed helmeted head sculpt includes two interchangeable eye pieces and two lower face plates, allowing collectors to display expressions ranging from stoic determination to a ferocious roar. The helmet's side wings also come in both standard and weathered versions, enabling fans to depict varying degrees of battle damage.
Wolverine's yellow and black "Battle Reborn" suit is faithfully recreated with tailored mixed-media fabric, featuring painted weathering effects to simulate battle damage. Accessories include three pairs of interchangeable hands and five pairs of distinct interchangeable claw accessories: the in-game Adamantium Claws, Scarlet Claws, Diamond Claws, Charred Bone Claws, and Savage Bone Claws. These can be combined with translucent claw-slashing effect pieces to replicate his powerful enemy-shredding attacks. Additionally, the figure comes with a katana, an in-game bonus item, which can be securely displayed on its dedicated stand, allowing collectors to recreate various heroic poses from the game.
