The popular DEFOREAL soft vinyl figure series, known for blending intricate realistic details with adorable chibi proportions, has just announced its latest release from the "Digital Monster COLOR Godzilla 70th Edition": the powerful "WarGreymon: 'G' Erosion Mode". Pre-orders are set to kick off on September 16th at the official Premium Bandai online store.
Released in August 2025, the "Digital Monster COLOR Godzilla 70th Edition" is a special collaboration celebrating Godzilla's 70th anniversary with the Digimon franchise. The virtual pet game features dozens of classic Toho kaiju from the Godzilla series. As players raise their Digimon, they'll have the chance to evolve them into unique original collaboration Digimon like "MetalGreymon: 'G' Erosion Mode" and "WarGreymon: 'G' Erosion Mode."
Following the standard-scale Toho Large Monsters Series version, the highly anticipated "WarGreymon: 'G' Erosion Mode" is now joining the low-head-to-body ratio DEFOREAL lineup. This adorable chibi-style figure meticulously captures WarGreymon's transformation, with parts of its torso and entire left side eroded by Godzilla cells. The sculpt beautifully renders WarGreymon's signature metallic elements, such as the Dramon Killers and Brave Shield, alongside Godzilla's dark, rough skin and massive pinkish-purple dorsal fins. Rich transparent materials and vibrant paintwork are used to convey the immense energy contained within. More details will be revealed soon.
