BANDAI's Gashapon division has once again teamed up with Japanese artist Masao Takahata to release the highly anticipated third installment in their popular capsule toy series: "Masao Takahata Wood Carving Style Figure Collection 3: Bears Preparing for Hibernation." This collection features five adorable designs, each priced at 500 JPY per capsule, and is slated for release in late December 2026.
Following the previous "Masao Takahata Wood Carving Style Figure Collection" releases, this third series, "Masao Takahata Wood Carving Style Figure Collection 3: Bears Preparing for Hibernation" capsule toys, features five charming new figures: the Relaxing Coffee Bear, Gift Bear, Winter Robe Bear, Straw Hat Bear, and Snowman Bear. These delightful wood-carved style bears are dressed in cozy attire, with each approximately 4.5 cm figure meticulously reproducing Masao Takahata's signature hand-carved textures. The realistic wood-like finish is further enhanced through expert paint applications.
