Beyblade players and manga fans, get ready for an ultimate dream combination! The incredibly popular manga "BEYBLADE X", written by Homura Kawamoto and Hikaru Takeno, with art by Posuka Demizu, has officially announced a "Vol. 4 Full Color Special Edition" for pre-order through Shogakukan's official online store, LIFETUNES MALL! This limited-run, made-to-order item is priced at 3,950 JPY (tax included) and became available for pre-order at noon on September 15, 2026, with an estimated shipping date in mid-May 2027.
The key factor sparking intense discussion among Beyblade players worldwide is none other than the exclusive physical Beyblade bundled with this special edition: the "Bahamut Blitz BK1-50I Metallic Yellow Coating Version"! This special edition CX expansion blade Beyblade, adorned with a dazzling golden coating, was originally a legendary, ultra-rare item limited to just 100 pieces nationwide, available only through a silver ticket scratch-off lottery in the May issue of "CoroCoro Comic". Now, it's finally being included as a regular bonus with this special edition, allowing all players who missed out on the lottery to add this divine Bey to their collection at an incredibly accessible price!
Beyond the highly valuable exclusive Beyblade, the manga volume itself receives a significant upgrade! The book's size has been doubled from the standard B6 format to a large B5 size, and Posuka Demizu's dynamic double-page battle spreads are now printed in "full-page, full-color", allowing readers to fully immerse themselves in the intricate sparks and light-and-shadow effects of the Beyblade tracks during intense clashes! Furthermore, due to overwhelming demand, the official announcement also confirmed that previously sold-out full-color editions of Volumes 1 through 3 will be re-released. Readers who missed them before should seize this month-long pre-order opportunity!
