Emerging Chinese action figure brand SexyIce has unveiled a teaser for their latest product, the "B200 Locust", from their original sci-fi series "VERMIN". Further details are expected to be revealed at a later date!
According to previously released lore, the "B200 Locust" is a remnant of the "Martyr Project", originally deceased. It was then given artificial intelligence through the human-led "Cradle Project" and deployed in military operations after undergoing tactical modifications. This background gives the Locust a distinct, mechanized, and artificial appearance, setting it apart from previous insectoid designs.
SexyIce previously showcased grayscale prototype samples of the Locust, along with some of its internal joint structures, at "Wonder Festival 2026 Winter" and "Wonder Festival 2026 Summer". Its design features a unique hybrid style, blending organic elements with artificial armor, and it comes equipped with extensive armaments. At first glance, it even gives off a Deadpool-esque vibe. The series' consistently excellent articulation allows for easy crouching poses, leaving fans eagerly anticipating its final painted appearance! After an initial stumble with their first product, SexyIce has built an excellent reputation with subsequent releases, whose pre-order prices, already not low, have skyrocketed to absurd levels on the secondary market. This makes one wonder how the price of this new item will fare upon release. Fans who are interested should consider pre-ordering once it goes live.
