After a collaboration teaser dropped in May 2026, the four-month mystery surrounding TAKARA TOMY's competitive BEYBLADE X series and Detective Conan has finally been solved. Shogakukan's "Monthly CoroCoro Comic" has officially unveiled the Kaito Kid-themed collaboration Beyblade, "Kid Hunt K4-70TK Metal Coat: White (キッドハントK4-70TK メタルコート：ホワイト)". This special Beyblade will be available through a paid subscription for all readers, with an application fee of 2,600 JPY.
The initial collaboration video featured only a mysterious message, much like one of Kaito Kid's calling cards. It now appears he not only stole Conan's thunder but also claimed the starring role in this collaboration Beyblade. The entire Kid Hunt Beyblade is designed in Kaito Kid's iconic pure white, accented with large transparent blue parts. A white top hat motif adorns the center, while the layered lines of the outer blade evoke his white cape fluttering in the night sky. This design, where the character is recognizable purely by color scheme and silhouette, feels more like a true collaboration than simply printing a series logo.
This collaboration extends beyond just the Beyblade itself. A special collaborative manga prequel featuring BEYBLADE X and Detective Conan has also been released, officially bringing Kaito Kid into the world of Beyblade.
The magazine preview also showcases a special Kaito Kid PR card for the "Detective Conan Card Game." The card art depicts Kid making his appearance with the Kid Hunt Beyblade, clearly an unmissable treasure for collectors who enjoy both Beyblades and card games.
It's important to note that the Kid Hunt is not a free bonus included with the magazine purchase. Instead, it must be applied for separately with a payment, following the instructions published in the November 2026 issue of "Monthly CoroCoro Comic." The 2,600 JPY fee covers the product, shipping, and handling, and each person is limited to one application.
