Nocturne’s Kuroda Hikaru illustrator: Manno 1/5 Scale Figure Brings the Viral “Counterattack of the Giant Beasts” Manga to Life

Emerging Japanese manufacturer Nocturne Co., Ltd., which specializes in adult collectibles, has unveiled a new release under its 18+ figure label “のくちゅるぬ.” Based on Manno’s adult manga Iribitari Gyaru ni Ma〇ko Tsukawasete Morau Hanashi, the new Kuroda Hikaru illustrator: Manno 1/5 scale figure is priced at 41,800 yen (tax included) and scheduled for release in March 2027.

Created by adult manga artist Manno (@manno555555), the Iribitari Gyaru ni Ma〇ko Tsukawasete Morau Hanashi series has built a sizeable following among adult doujin fans thanks to its accomplished artwork and story. It has also received both an adult anime adaptation and a live-action adult video adaptation. Although later entries sparked debate over a perceived decline in quality and whether the series should be considered pure romance, NTR, or simply a harem story, its popularity and notoriety are undeniable. The creator also attracted attention for earning a substantial income from adult manga. Beyond the main series, the fictional Hangeki no Kyoju (“Counterattack of the Giant Beasts”), a parody of Attack on Titan featured within the story, also became a widely circulated internet meme.

The Kuroda Hikaru illustrator: Manno 1/5 scale figure stands approximately 18 cm tall. Based on a newly drawn illustration, it recreates Kuroda sitting with a manga in hand, calmly spreading her legs while letting Otaku-kun have his way. Slightly disappointingly, the book she is holding is not Counterattack of the Giant Beasts, but Volume 1 of Iribitari Gyaru ni Ma〇ko Tsukawasete Morau Hanashi; its open pages reproduce the first two pages of the original manga. Fully supervised by Manno, the sculpt faithfully captures Kuroda Hikaru’s unruffled expression. Her bangs use transparent parts and gradient paintwork to recreate her glossy black hair, while the uniform is carefully rendered from the top to the socks, along with the natural folds sculpted into the cushion behind her. The main focal point is the wisteria-blue underwear visible between her parted legs. In addition to the soft impression of the fabric pressing into her skin, a subtle central contour can be seen beneath the material, thoroughly pursuing the source artwork’s understated eroticism.

The figure also includes interchangeable body parts that recreate Kuroda Hikaru with her underwear removed and her chest fully exposed. Although the manufacturer has not released detailed images of the intimate lower-body sculpt, the painted prototype displayed at Wonder Festival 2026 [Summer] offered a clear look at the chest. Its full, rounded curves, large areolae, and finely sculpted nipples create an even more provocative impression than the original artwork. Details of the lower body will have to wait until a future event display or the final product’s release. The interchangeable pieces are divided into separate upper- and lower-body parts, allowing collectors to freely select the desired level of exposure. Combined with the included fabric cushion, the figure can be displayed in a daring pose guaranteed to turn heads.
