Max Factory and Good Smile Company are expanding their PLAMATEA plastic model series with a new release from the hit game franchise "Fallout": the PLAMATEA Pre-war Military T-60 Power Armor. Priced at 9,800 yen including tax, the kit is scheduled for release in June 2027.
The T-60 Power Armor is one of the most iconic pieces of equipment in the "Fallout" franchise. Developed and deployed by the United States military before the nuclear war, the T-60 succeeded the T-45 with improved protection and mechanical engineering. It later became synonymous with the Brotherhood of Steel (BOS). This military version features an olive-green color scheme, echoing the paint jobs seen in the games, where different finishes can grant corresponding stat bonuses.
Standing approximately 7.9 inches tall, the PLAMATEA Pre-war Military T-60 Power Armor articulated model kit shares its core sculpt with the previously released T-60 Power Armor. Its massive armor plating captures the hard-edged military aesthetic of Fallout’s nuclear wasteland, while olive-green molded armor and exposed piping give the suit the unmistakable presence of a walking war machine. The accessory lineup is also largely unchanged, with two pairs of interchangeable hands, a Minigun, Assault Rifle, Fusion Core, and Nuka-Cola included. This edition adds a new 10mm Pistol, while its parts can be mixed and matched with the standard T-60 Power Armor kit to create a customized suit of your own.
