BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division today announced the latest product from Bandai's original project, "AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline": the HG 1/72 MAILeS Jogan, scheduled for release in November 2021.
Piloted by Tetsuka Gashin, the Jogan is a MAILeS unit renowned for its exceptional shooting and sniping capabilities, equipped with the AI Kei. Its primary armament is the 120mm Double-Barreled Sniper Cannon, featuring both smoothbore and sniper rifle barrels. For enhanced stability and recoil reduction during sniping, the rear skirt armor deploys stabilizer outriggers. Additionally, its left shoulder houses an auxiliary shield with a stored Combat Dagger.
The "HG 1/72 MAILeS Jogan" faithfully recreates the mecha's distinctive armor design and joint structure in 1/72 scale. It includes the massive "120mm Double-Barreled Sniper Cannon," which stands nearly as tall as the main unit itself. The cannon features a sliding stock part to enable dynamic shooting poses. The rear skirt's stabilizer outriggers can be deployed using interchangeable parts, and the Combat Dagger can be neatly stored inside the left shoulder shield.
