Bandai Spirits' Hobby Division in Japan has announced the latest product from Bandai's original project "Kyoukai Senki" (AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline): the "HG 1/72 AMAIM Ghost," slated for release in December 2021.
The entirely black AMAIM unit, known as the Ghost, is a mysterious drone with unknown affiliations and origins. It has been observed conducting indiscriminate attacks in both Asian and North American military territories. Boasting performance that surpasses most other AMAIMs, it can even bypass authentication systems, allowing it to instantly equip and utilize parts from other units.
The "HG 1/72 AMAIM GHOST" kit features precise part separation, utilizing multiple molded color parts to faithfully recreate its asymmetrical arm designs and twin-eye cameras. Its sharp claws on both hands and feet are crafted from individually articulated red parts. The overall articulation mechanism has been verified by the KEN OKUYAMA DESIGN team, ensuring high poseability in the legs. The backpack's jammer unit boasts movable and deployable structures, while the right forearm can transform into its gauntlet mode.
