BANDAI SPIRITS' prize figure brand, BANPRESTO, is set to release its first "Jukon no Kata - Yuta Okkotsu" prize figure, based on the popular anime film "Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie"! This new collectible will be available as a prize item, making its debut in April 2022.
The film "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" (劇場版 呪術廻戦 0) is an adaptation of the manga "Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School," serving as a prequel to the main "Jujutsu Kaisen" series. It centers on Yuta Okkotsu, a character frequently mentioned in the anime as a senior Jujutsu Sorcerer. Haunted by the Special Grade Cursed Spirit of his childhood friend Rika, Yuta constantly experiences unusual incidents. With the help of Jujutsu Sorcerer Satoru Gojo, he enrolls in Jujutsu High to learn how to control his power and exorcise curses. The "Night Parade of a Hundred Demons on December 24th," teased in the trailers, is a major highlight of the film.

The "Jukon no Kata - Yuta Okkotsu" prize figure stands approximately 16 cm tall. It faithfully recreates Yuta as he appeared in the prequel, looking innocent and harmless. The figure captures his in-series outfit, including his loose white top, and features the sword bag for his katana slung over his back. The overall pose evokes the feeling that he's about to utter his iconic line, "Don't run, don't run, don't run!"
