Hi, this is House Toys, sharing the most exquisite photography.
My latest work features the "Bro Thor" from "Avengers: Endgame." I remember being quite surprised when I first saw this look in theaters during the film's release. It was a drastic change for such a normally dashing character. While he still retained some of his charm, there was an undeniable goofiness to it. Personally, I still prefer his sculpted, muscular appearance from "Avengers: Infinity War."

Despite that, I think the figure turned out pretty cool in my photos. With Chris Hemsworth's inherent charisma and Thor's legendary status, it would be a crime if he didn't look awesome.

Thor's articulation was probably the most frustrating aspect during this photoshoot. It's quite limited, carrying over the same issues from the MMS474 Thor. The body and thighs are heavily restricted by the armor and fabric outfit, making it nearly impossible to achieve dynamic, heroic poses.
Getting him into mid-air flying poses was particularly awkward.

Creating the lightning effects was another challenge, similar to when I photographed Captain America. However, Thor requires a much higher proportion of lightning effects, so I ended up borrowing some visual elements directly from movie scenes.

"No no no, give me that, you have the little one."

This shot above is probably my favorite. The dialogue between the two in the movie was absolutely hilarious, with Thor hilariously reluctant to wield the smaller hammer.

Another major highlight of this figure is undoubtedly Stormbreaker and Mjolnir. When lit up, they look incredibly epic. However, Stormbreaker also presents a potential issue: Thor's axe is quite heavy, making it difficult for the wrist joint to support. There's a risk of it sagging or falling over if held for extended periods. I strongly recommend against posing him with it held in a single hand, or at least have him hold it with both hands to distribute the weight.

Finally, recreating the climactic battle scene with the Big Three facing off against Thanos was quite demanding. Posing all four figures and meticulously arranging the lighting required extreme precision to maintain visual harmony. But the final result is incredibly satisfying, truly capturing the epic feel of a major confrontation.

That's all for this time. Thanks again for checking it out!
