BANDAI SPIRITS' HOBBY Division, renowned for its diverse 1/144 scale Gunpla "HG (High Grade)" series, recently announced the upcoming release of the "HG 1/144 Schwalbe Custom (Sicraze's Unit)" from the side story "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt," slated for May 2022.
The Schwalbe Custom (Sicraze's Unit) is featured in the "Urdr-Hunt" side story within the mobile game "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans G." This specialized mobile suit was personally modified by former Gjallarhorn officer Sicraze Maia after he murdered his superior, stole a Schwalbe Graze, and went rogue. Beyond swapping out the head antenna and changing the body color, Sicraze also added three thrusters to the rear waist for enhanced mobility and stripped away unnecessary armaments.
The "HG 1/144 Schwalbe Custom (Sicraze's Unit)" is based on the previously released Schwalbe Graze kit, featuring new parts and distinct molding colors to accurately recreate its unique appearance. The backpack thrusters include a rotating mechanism at both their base and nozzles. For weaponry, the kit comes with a small shield mounted on the left arm and a pair of twin guns, reflecting Sicraze's personal combat style.
