LEGO officially announced two new "Hogwarts Moment" themed sets from the "Harry Potter" universe yesterday (the 4th): "76396 Divination Class" and "76397 Defence Against the Dark Arts Class"! Both are slated for release on March 1, 2022.
The Hogwarts Moment series is built around the engaging concept of "attending classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry." Each set functions as a textbook model for a specific subject, opening up to reveal a detailed scene. These sets come complete with accessories and minifigures of the corresponding professor and students, allowing fans to recreate iconic classroom moments. Following the release of four sets in January 2021—Transfiguration, Potions, Herbology, and Charms—these two new additions feature Professor Sybill Trelawney's Divination Class and "Mad-Eye" Moody's Defence Against the Dark Arts Class.
LEGO 76396 Hogwarts™ Moment: Divination Class
Suggested Retail Price: US$29.99, Piece Count: 297, Release Date: March 1, 2022
This set includes minifigures of Professor Sybill Trelawney, along with students Harry Potter and Parvati Patil. The brick-built red sofa and small tea table are particularly well-designed.
LEGO 76397 Hogwarts™ Moment: Defence Against the Dark Arts Class
Suggested Retail Price: US$29.99, Piece Count: 257, Release Date: March 1, 2022
This set features minifigures of Professor "Mad-Eye" Moody, Hermione Granger, and Neville Longbottom. What's more, collectors can rotate Mad-Eye Moody's head and use additional pieces to transform the minifigure into Barty Crouch Jr., perfectly recreating his disguise as Moody while infiltrating Hogwarts in the film. The tongue-out expression is incredibly accurate!
