Japanese capsule toy company STAND STONES (スタンド・ストーンズ, stasto) is set to release a creative and amusing new series: the "THE Mask Collection" capsule toys. These gashapon miniaturize common comedic head masks into capsule toy size, featuring a total of five styles, priced at 300 JPY per turn, and are scheduled to launch in April 2022.
The "THE Mask Collection" capsule toys, perfect for dressing up figures or action toys, include: a Horse Head (Large), Horse Head (Small), Clown Head, Pigeon Head, and Bear Head. Each mask measures approximately 36 - 60 mm, allowing your toys to join in on the fun and create new, hilarious scenes! Beyond faithfully recreating the masks' intense expressions and tiny eyeholes, they also feature a fuzzy texture, adding to their playability!
The capsule toy display card even demonstrates their use, showing figma The Thinker and figma Winged Victory wearing the horse and pigeon heads, instantly transforming their artistic aura into something completely unexpected!
