American collectible manufacturer Gentle Giant has announced a new 1/7 scale diorama statue, "Boba Fett on Throne," inspired by the Star Wars series "The Mandalorian"! It is currently available for pre-order on Gentle Giant's official website, with an estimated shipping date of June 2022.

At the conclusion of "The Mandalorian" Season 2, Boba Fett and his partner Fennec Shand returned to Tatooine, a planet formerly under Jabba the Hutt's control. They eliminated Bib Fortuna, Jabba's former majordomo who seized power after Jabba's death. Boba Fett then declared himself Daimyo, aiming to rule the territory, and his image seated on the throne became his iconic new look.

This piece stands approximately 23.8 cm (9.37 inches) tall and measures 32 cm (12.6 inches) long. Based on Boba Fett's design from "The Mandalorian," it faithfully recreates his leaning pose on the throne, with his right hand resting on his EE-3 Carbine Rifle and his left hand gently placed on his thigh. The helmet, armor, and jetpack feature meticulously sculpted battle damage, while his black robes and boots boast realistic wrinkles. The Rancor head sculpts on both armrests of the throne are also incredibly detailed, giving the entire piece a truly imposing presence! This is a highly recommended collectible for any Boba Fett fan.
