Following their impressive "Venom" and "Carnage" releases from the MARVEL universe, Japan's Sentinel (株式会社千値練) is now expanding its "Sofbinal" series – known for its powerful scale and intricate sculpting – with a new entry from the highly popular DC Comics lineup. This article brings you the product details for the "Joker Laughing Purple Ver." (ジョーカー ラフィング パープル Ver.)! It is scheduled for release in October 2022.
This "Sofbinal Joker" stands approximately 30 cm tall and is crafted from PVC and ABS. The sculpt was handled by Saito Heel, while Keiji Iwakura, the sculptor behind the "Sofbinal Batman" in the same series, served as supervisor. Together, they've brought to life the Clown Prince of Crime, clad in a purple, green, and yellow suit and holding a playing card. The wrinkles in his attire, created by his dynamic pose, are incredibly realistic and detailed, with a noticeable patched seam visible on his left shoulder. Furthermore, his pale complexion and exaggeratedly long chin exude an unsettling, otherworldly aura.
