Renowned Japanese high-quality statue manufacturer Prime 1 Studio, celebrated for its impactful scale and intricate details, is expanding its Lifescale Masterline series with new statues based on the popular manga "Berserk." Among the upcoming releases are the "God Hand" and the "Skull of Thorns and Behelit" statues, both slated for release between May and July 2023.
The Lifescale Masterline "Skull of Thorns and Behelit" statue brings to life the chilling cover illustration from Chapter 53 of "Berserk" Volume 9. This three-dimensional rendition features the Skull Knight, his skull adorned with a crown of thorny, blooming roses, and one eye piercingly bright. From within the cracked skull, the eerie Behelit, the Egg of the King, emerges! Standing approximately 20 cm tall, the statue meticulously recreates Kentaro Miura's original artwork. The skull's texture, as if aged over centuries, combined with the hyper-realistic, bloodshot, and glossy eyeball, creates a truly powerful and impactful presence. The Behelit nestled within the skull stares back with a glistening gaze that sends shivers down your spine...
Additionally, Prime 1 Studio has designed an original, exclusive special base. Unidentified organic matter entwines around the support structure, holding the skull aloft and further enhancing the unique worldview of the piece.
