Japan's Toho Company, owner of the globally renowned King of the Monsters, Godzilla, recently announced an exciting new collaboration with the famous prop replica brand CoolProps. Their latest product, the "Heisei Godzilla Suit Size Bust," will be available for pre-order on the CoolProps official website on February 20th at 5 PM JST, with an official release slated for February 2023. This impressive collectible is strictly limited to just 100 units worldwide.
Developed jointly by CoolProps and Toho Visual Art Team, this piece meticulously recreates the suit used in the "Godzilla Heisei VS Series." The original suit was re-manufactured and 3D scanned, then crafted into a precise bust using FRP and Polystone materials. Every detail, from the intricate skin texture and dorsal fin sculpt to the jagged double rows of teeth and the deeply recessed tongue, is almost perfectly reproduced, capturing the film's iconic appearance.
Weighing approximately 25 kg (55 lbs) and standing about 60 cm (23.6 inches) tall, with a remarkable front-to-back length of 113 cm (44.5 inches), this display piece truly conveys the awe-inspiring presence of the King of the Monsters. Additionally, the product includes a separate "GODZILLA (ゴジラ)" logo stand, allowing for flexible placement to ensure the logo is visible from any angle.
