Japan's official Gunpla flagship store, GUNDAM BASE, recently announced its latest event-exclusive product: the "HG 1/144 Gundam Helios [Clear Color]" from "Gundam Breaker Battlogue," scheduled to go on sale at their stores starting February 25, 2022.
The Gundam Helios makes its appearance in the short anime "Gundam Breaker Battlogue." It's the latest mobile suit built by the protagonist of "Gundam Breaker Mobile," following the Gundam Livelance Heaven and Gundam Astray Red Frame Inversion. Combining weapon concepts from the Gundam DX, Freedom Gundam, and Destiny Gundam, it's equipped with high-firepower beam weapons such as the "Plasma Convergent Beam Cannon," "Twin Satellite Cannon," "Palm Beam Cannon," and "Large Beam Saber." This allows it to unleash a powerful finishing move by firing all six beam cannons from its back and hands simultaneously.
The "HG 1/144 Gundam Helios [Clear Color]" revisits the previously released standard kit, with all blue, green, red, and white parts now re-molded in clear color, showcasing a stunning translucent finish. It comes equipped with a Beam Rifle, two Large Beam Sabers, a Beam Shield, and hand parts for the Palm Beam Cannon, offering a rich array of weaponry. The Plasma Convergent Beam Cannon and Twin Satellite Cannons on its back can also pivot forward, allowing you to recreate its powerful six-cannon simultaneous firing attack!
