US-based brand Espada Art, known for its high-quality anime statues, is set to release its latest product from the popular anime series "Naruto Shippuden": the "Pain (Deva Path)" 1/8 Scale Wall-Mountable Statue. Priced at $175 USD, this collectible is limited to just 3,000 units worldwide and is expected to ship in Q2 2023.
Embodying the concept of pain, the Six Paths of Pain are six reanimated corpses controlled by Akatsuki leader Nagato using his Rinnegan abilities. They act on behalf of Nagato, who is largely immobile. These paths include the Deva Path, Human Path, Asura Path, Animal Path, Preta Path, and Naraka Path, with Nagato himself representing the seventh, Outer Path. The Deva Path's body is that of Nagato's closest friend, Yahiko, thus retaining his distinct appearance.
Released under Espada Art's new BREACH product line, the "Pain (Deva Path)" 1/8 scale statue draws inspiration from the iconic "Shinra Tensei" technique, which forces the world to know pain. Designed to be wall-mounted, it dramatically recreates the scene of Pain unleashing his power while floating menacingly above the Hidden Leaf Village. Standing approximately 10.5 inches (25 cm) tall, the statue features Pain with arms outstretched in a powerful, imposing pose, complemented by the symbolic red clouds of the Akatsuki behind him. It's a truly epic display that captures the character's overwhelming presence.
