Following a rich array of Batman statues inspired by DC Comics' "Dark Nights: Metal," Japanese high-end statue manufacturer Prime 1 Studio has unveiled its latest addition to the Museum Masterline series: the "Batman" 1/3 scale full-body statue from "Dark Nights: Death Metal." Both a Regular Edition and a DX Bonus Edition will be released simultaneously, with an estimated shipping window of August to November 2023.
The heavy metal-inspired Batman, who battled the Batman Who Laughs in the "Dark Nights: Death Metal" comic series, is finally brought to life with Prime 1 Studio's exquisite craftsmanship! Standing at an astounding 105 centimeters (approximately 41.3 inches) tall, this Batman wields a massive scythe in his right hand while his left clutches the chain around the neck of a Jokerized Robin. He embodies a terrifying grim reaper in this apocalyptic world. His attire faithfully recreates the gray and black form-fitting battle suit, a tattered leather trench coat, a studded belt adorned with silver embellishments, sharp blades on his forearm gauntlets, and knee armor. This intricate design not only showcases abundant layering but also features extensive weathering effects throughout, enhancing the statue's realism.
