The first collaboration between artist Ye Yu-tong and BreedBedWorks, "Cat Swordsman Bubu," is finally here!
After several months of production adjustments and meticulous refinement following initial samples, the Garage Kit (GK) prototype for Cat Swordsman Bubu is complete. Translating a 2D masterpiece into a 3D sculpture while maintaining the original perspective was no easy feat, requiring continuous communication and supervision with the original artist. What appears to be a simple design at first glance proved to be incredibly challenging to faithfully recreate.
To perfectly capture the original silhouette, Bubu's iconic bamboo hat was meticulously woven strand by strand within the software. 
The "Yu Sword" wielded by Bubu also features a magnetic attachment, ensuring an excellent feel and secure fit.
Beyond faithfully recreating the Cat Swordsman Bubu's design, original artist Ye Yu-tong also incorporated playful elements and clever touches not visible in the original artwork. We're confident that this adorable figure, with its ability to undergo repeated "neutering" procedures, will bring a delightful spark to your heart!
Additionally, on the 15th of this month, Ye Yu-tong himself will unveil the prototype for the first time at Banqiao Far Eastern Department Store. Attendees will also have the opportunity to commission a portrait of their beloved feline companions!
