Queen Studios, renowned for their large-scale statues that expertly capture character charm and realistic detail, has unveiled their latest INART series release: the 1/6 scale collectible figure of Gandalf from the epic fantasy "The Lord of the Rings." This announcement follows their highly anticipated "Joker" from "The Dark Knight." The figure is expected to ship in Q2 2023.
This figure meticulously captures Gandalf's iconic "Grey Pilgrim" appearance as he traverses Middle-earth. His expansive robes are expertly tailored from real fabric, complete with subtle distressing along the edges. The head sculpt is truly breathtaking, not only faithfully recreating the unmistakable likeness of actor Ian McKellen but also showcasing the intricate details of the elderly wizard's wrinkles, skin texture, blemishes, and his flowing grey beard and hair, all rendered with exquisite craftsmanship. Posable eyes further enhance the display, allowing for a range of expressive looks. The figure comes complete with a wealth of accessories, including his signature wizard's hat, the metal-crafted sword Glamdring, his staff, pipe, backpack, an envelope, and the One Ring, enabling collectors to recreate his many memorable moments from the films.
The Gandalf figure and its themed display base feature magnetic connections, as do the interchangeable hands, further elevating the premium feel and overall quality!
