GOOD SMILE COMPANY of Japan is releasing a new addition to their popular "Nendoroid" series, which boasts over a thousand different figures. This new articulated figure, "Nendoroid Empress [BLACK ROCK SHOOTER] DAWN FALL Ver.", is based on the upcoming new anime series "BLACK★★ROCK SHOOTER DAWN FALL"! The suggested retail price is 6,500 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in December 2022.
"BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER" originated as an illustration of an original character by Japanese illustrator huke: a black-haired girl with translucent, fair skin, dressed in black, with blue eyes emitting a blue flame, and holding a massive black cannon in her left hand. Ryo, the composer for the dōjin music group supercell, was captivated by this illustration and subsequently planned the musicalization project for "BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER". He created the eponymous song using the virtual singer software "Hatsune Miku", which received widespread acclaim after its music video was released. Subsequently, there have been adapted works such as manga, games, and the TV anime "BLACK★★ROCK SHOOTER DAWN FALL".

The "Nendoroid Empress [BLACK ROCK SHOOTER] DAWN FALL Ver." articulated figure stands approximately 10 cm tall, transforming the pale, slender protagonist "Empress" from the series into a Nendoroid with short limbs and a cute, chibi design! It retains her distinctive hairstyle and details such as the orange-accented arm and leg equipment. The figure includes two interchangeable face plates: a pure, expressionless "Standard Face" and a serious "Combat Face". Additional accessories include a "Handgun," a "Cloak," and the blue flame from her eye, "Blue Flame Effect" (front hair part). The "Coil Cannon" that can be attached to her arm is also recreated in Nendoroid size! Enjoy recreating dynamic action scenes!
▼By inserting a "mirait 316 series" (sold separately, manufacturer: HIROMI Sangyo), you can enjoy the light-up gimmick.
